We stand behind the quality of every Truly Primal product. Due to the nature of our all-natural formulations and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. That said, we’ll always do our best to make things right.
RETURNS
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Item must be in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved:

Refund will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trulyprimal.com with:

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
