Shipping policy

At Truly Primal, we ship fast, pack carefully, and do our best to get your order in your hands ASAP.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches or sales, processing may take slightly longer—but we hustle.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — calculated at checkout or FREE over $100

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout

  • We currently ship to the U.S. only. International coming soon.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once in the carrier’s hands.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your order is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building managers.

  • If it’s still missing, contact us at support@trulyprimal.com — we’ll do our best to help.

If your package arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


ADDRESS ERRORS

Double-check your shipping info before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
